Nurse Warnes is one of the best healthcare providers I have experienced. She is highly intuitive and takes time to understand my needs and desires. I have been able to overcome several health challenges through her care and support.

My healthcare was personalized for me.

She listened and offered solutions.

by my own error, I unknowingly went to the wrong location, but was checked-in at Reception by 2 assistants; I was 10-minutes early for my appointment. I sat in the waiting area, watching people who came after me get taken into the exam area. After sitting for 40-minutes, I approached the Reception area and asked about the delay. It was then that I was told (by 3 assistants) that I was at the wrong location. I asked if they could call the other location for me and they said they could not, but provided no explanation. Had they told me at the time of my check-in that I was at the wrong location, I would have still made it to the other location on time. They didn't do their job, which impacted the doctor they "support", as well as the patient.

I like how Kristine took her time with me. Explained things thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. I'm very excited to start my journey with her and her staff on my side.

Kristine is always so welcoming and caring. She was at my primary care office before this office and has always been one of my favorite people to see because she is so thorough.

Always nice to see Dr. Warnes she always supports and encourages and gives you food for thought along with apps that can help as well.
