One of the best

The Reception is not efficient
by my own error, I unknowingly went to the wrong location, but was checked-in at Reception by 2 assistants; I was 10-minutes early for my appointment. I sat in the waiting area, watching people who came after me get taken into the exam area. After sitting for 40-minutes, I approached the Reception area and asked about the delay. It was then that I was told (by 3 assistants) that I was at the wrong location. I asked if they could call the other location for me and they said they could not, but provided no explanation. Had they told me at the time of my check-in that I was at the wrong location, I would have still made it to the other location on time. They didn't do their job, which impacted the doctor they "support", as well as the patient.

Kristine is compassionate and so understanding. I found her by accident with my Blue Cross and I am so glad I did. After my first visit I feel like she truly understands my weight issues and is so willing to help be achieve my goals. She's a wonderful caring person as well as Jackie, her nurse that took such great care of me.
