Excellent bed-side manner. She was an amazing listener and extremely compassionate. She took time to answer my crazy questions and explain things to me in a way I could understand. I wish all doctors & PAs were this focused on understanding the feelings and concerns of their patients.

Only concerned with what she thinks is right, does not listen to the patient (me). I grow so very tired of PA or docs that only love the sound of their own voice and so very little compassion. I get that we live in a world of increased scrutiny but denying a recently post-op patient one nights worth of a muscle relaxer (cervical spine surgery) and then putting a line on the steroids she did write to start NSAIDS when those are specifically not allowed with bone grafts. Terrible.
