I went to the immidiate care becuase I was having shortness of breath. She told me that the immidiate care was not for that and added in my patient summary that I denied contributing factors. I recorded everything after I left, my nose started bleeding and she went and lie in the report. I kept telling her that I did not know the reason or what caused my symtops. She continue to say that this was not the kind of care I need. She continue to avoid service and asked me questions I went to the office to get. I left the office because she told me they don't treat people like me, I left beuase she did not even check my breathing or anything, she just asked me questions, and wrote in my after summary lies. I recorded myseld as I was leaving my nose started bleeding from the strees, and I did not had were to go, because she turned me away.
