I couldn’t get in with my PCP, but have been to Krysten before. She’s very kind and listened to my concerns. I am already feeling a little better today as I saw her yesterday when I felt awful! Nice to be able to know a doctor truly cares. She and Dr. Ahmad are both caring physicians. Thanks for getting me in due to a cancellation yesterday!!!

I went to Krysten because nothing was actually done at the Integris Urgent care that I visited and neither they nor the pharmacy called me to let me know medication have been sent for my acute bladder infection. The visit with Krysten was very thorough and she made sure to check on the UA culture test and changed medication accordingly. I also appreciate the fact that she asked me to come for a second culture test to make sure I was fully clear of the infection. Providers I see are too busy to follow up like Krysten did. She is very thorough and I think one of the best Medical Providers I have seen.

I had an appointment with Dr. Jenkins for an ingrown toe nail. She removed the nails (2) and was very good at removing them, very precise, and very informative about what to expect after the removal of the nails. She’s very good. And knows how to help you relax during the surgery.
