Canceled appointment
I had to book eight weeks in advance to get this appointment. My drive to the office is 40 minutes, on the way there, there was an accident on 75 which put me 20 minutes behind.I was five minutes from their office and they called to tell me the doctor was canceling my appointment because I was 20 minutes late and he was overbooked. I am 70 years old I have had two hip replacements through their office and three shoulder replacements through their office and I have never been treated this way. But it's OK when a doctor keeps you waiting in the waiting room for a half an hour or more.

This was my first time seeing him. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and very understanding. He also made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
