While trying to assist an elderly neighbor at her follow up appointment with her orthopedic surgeon, it was discovered she had been taken by her skilled nursing facility to the wrong location (she was supposed to have followed up at the clinic in Marshall as opposed to the one in Longview). Kyle and the staff at GS Orthopedic (Rosetta, Sammy, Franny, Erica, and Sandy) went above and beyond to turn the mix up into a blessing. He called the Marshall location and ascertained what needed to be checked while the staff, collectively, took proficient, quick, and compassionate care of my friend. Then, when he came in to visit with her about her surgical procedure, he took added time to truly listen, show her the X-rays, and answer all the questions she had. Especially given the hustle and bustle and sometimes stilted vibe in health care today, it was a truly exceptional experience.
