She has horrible reviews on every website that she’s listed. I saw the horrible reviews ahead of time and tried to keep an open mind and not request a new exam. I thought only the people who were denied leave bad reviews while those with good reviews don’t leave anything. I WAS WRONG to not find a new examiner. The session was filled with her trying to ask me unrelated questions while I directed her back to the reason why I was getting examined. She couldn’t retain any information well so I constantly repeated myself. Finally, her wifi caused us to drop connections probably five times. I literally had to keep jumping from my phone to laptop just to continue the session. Seeing that I poured my heart out about my issue just to see my VES letter and see that she denied everything in our session was very disheartening. Just find a new person, please.'

She was argumentative , she lacked courtesy, and respect. She accused me of lying because she was reading the wrong information. The rest of the appointment didn’t go any better. I would answer questions in the affirmative and if she didn’t like that answer she would keep asking questions in order to get the response she wanted to get. I honestly think my answers were irrelevant because she was not internalizing what I wanted to say. I wouldn’t be surprised if she has a patient template for notes and she’s too lazy to edit it for variations. If you’re reading this review I hope it’s before your appointment and not after like me.

Very dismissive and condescending. Unprofessional and spoke about race and gender. Rushed me out before I could tell my story. Please find a local behavioral health clinic.

She treated me terribly. She acted angry from the beginning of my appointment. Acted as if I was a liar and a bother. I looked at the other workers to see if anyone would stop her from talking down to me and no one would say anything, like they are scared of her! I feel like her terrible mood affected whatever she wrote in my report. I served this country and got treated like a pest at this appointment.
