Stay away from this therapist, Kyrra Christian. Worst experience in my life. Poor communication, dishonest and unprofessional. Kyrra stood me up on my first appointment AFTER we confirmed our appointment at 4 pm. No call, no text nothing. Upon arrival at the office door, the door was locked despite multiple attempts to unlock the door with the door code provided. I made several attempts to reach her by phone and was not able to get a hold of her. I finally sent a text to bring this to her attention and to confirm if we are still meeting. I received a response from Kyrra stating that my appointment was at 3 pm. Mind you, this is not true. It was NOT for 3 pm. Prior to the appointment, she called me back to confirm that the 3 pm slot was taken and the 4 pm slot was open instead. I have the call records to prove that. We agreed that the appointment was confirmed for 4 pm. She probably forgot to write down the change and did not want to admit to her mistake. Please seek services elsewhere.
