Dr. Lacey Alexander, DC

I was into my 3rd visit, had been compliant with exercises, but not seeing much improvement. On this 3rd visit, she worked and adjusted me as usual with some extra tweaks. I felt a new pain as I was leaving, which I thought would go away. As the day continued, it got worse. By the next day, I was significantly worse than what I came in for, and it was a different pain. I texted her as well as emailed her to tell her that I was in worse shape than when I started and to cancel my next appointment, as I can't afford to be worse than when I started. I got NO response at all. NONE. That's very poor patient follow up. I would expect that she would reach out to see if she could work to remedy the situation. Poor business and poor medical care.

I referred to Dr. Lacey for some arm pain and sport rehab. She was the valedictorian of her Chiro class and you can tell. She is knowledgable and does not tout pseudoscience in my direction. I have continued to see her for overall wellness with regard to managing pain from fibromyalgia. She is not rushed, and very thorough. Dedicated to wellness and willing to educate me about my body. She has repaired my relationship with biases I had about the field. Really appreciate the time she takes to heal me.

Dr. Lacey Alexander spends time with you. So many chiropractors are like assembly lines. Not Dr. Lacey! She's great!
