Dr. Hale is fantastic. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Very interested in finding the underlying cause of your issue instead of the symptoms, and is open to being contacted by her patients outside of an appointment for any other urgent concerns you have. She's given both my husband and I useful second opinions when previous ODs have missed symptoms or certain tests that were needed. She seriously knows her stuff and I'd absolutely recommend her 100%.

I am blind. I have cone dystrophy and I researched to find a Dr with experience. I call and made my appt for 8/1 today. I have never been treated so rude. I made the appointment 2 weeks ago. I told them what insurance I had and the woman said she would send me paperwork which never came. I called two days ago and I was told I could fill them out when I arrived. I paid 25 dollars for a ride. I was excited because I needed an eye report to send to Guide Dogs of America. I put my other guide
