Great for general healthcare but if you are having multiple medical issues don't bother. She put on my referral forms that she thought my problems were psychosomatic or all in my head so the specialists I saw never did full or thorough evaluations. Because of that my brain tumor was almost missed. If it hadn't begun affecting my eyes and the eye doctor doing her own referral I would have been much worse off with everyone convinced I was a mental case!

I find it absurd that you can treat your patients so rudely and cruely. You and your staff have alot of gall!! It is completely unacceptable!! If someone cancels.. you can't move another appt up because you don't do that and don't know what a patient is talking about when they request you to do this??Doctors/NP often do this and offer it.. apparently you are only there to please yourself in my opinion. To treat your patients so rudely and callously as your staff did.. you get a BIG Fat -0!!
