I visited with Ms Kutan in June for a lump on my parotid gland, she set me up with Dr.Kaka that same day to schedule me for surgery that probably saved my life. I will forever be grateful to Laila for her care during my office visit.

Laila did not listen to my concerns, did not answer my questions, blamed me for a mistake her own office made with scheduling, and was incredibly dismissive/condescending. Further, when I came to her with very severely acute symptoms, she did not support me with anything (no suggestions, referrals, medication.. nothing. No actionable steps towards my recovery!). I will never forget how frustrating and patronizing my experience was with her. She was the epitome of what healthcare shouldn't be! Never returning, never recommending!
