Lakeisha is very knowledgeable concerning health matters. She provided alternative methods for situations that are most comfortable for the patient. She presents her findings and recommendations in ways that are encouraging and in some cases fun. I can honestly she makes going to doctor for routine check ups and other issue easy. Very rude and unprofessional if you confront her with any concerns you have about her clinical judgement or if you do not agree with why she did or didn't do something. Lacks any customer service skills and lacks any service recovery skills. I would not recommend this provider to anyone. Do yourself a favor and look for another health care provider.

She is awful, she will make a joke out of a very serious matter, I had to speak to the office manager because of her unprofessionalism. I do not recommend this person. She is not someone you can receive serious news from without her making it a joke.
