Awful
Emergency room visit -This lady was so rude and ill mannered. She was snappy and short and acted as if she didn't want to be there. She didn't use care with her patient or explain to them what was going on. She acted as if the patient was lying about how she felt and because she didn't know some of the exact answers she was asked she made the patient feel dumb and embarrassed! I was DEFINITELY disappointed and this was terrible business for the hospital. She would make one not want to even get checked out!
