Lana Pinchasov, PA-C

I saw Lana almost 4 weeks ago for a skin issue. The prescription she provided me has not helped at all. I’ve called the office 3 days in a row asking for her to call me back and/or provide a different or more potent prescription. She has not called me back and now she’s out of the office today so I will have to wait until next week. I don’t get how someone can ignore a patient’s call 3 days in a row and still expect to be considered a respectable healthcare provider.

Shockingly ill prepared for her job. First, incorrectly diagnosed an infection until the patient had to guide her to the answer based on simple Google results. Second, when calling to confirm the diagnosis, she had done absolutely no research on treatments, case studies, risks, etc. Additionally, she is easily rattled in patient interaction. The patient clearly frustrated, rather than be humble and admit she would look into matters further she took a defensive approach. The worst care I've seen.

I went in to have a milia removed from my eyelid, and I've never welcomed a needle so close to my eye as much as I did with Lana. Not only is she precise and gentle, she is super brilliant and so kind. I wish she could take care of all my medical needs!!
