Rude, arrogant, came in room with wrong and accusatory information. Kept butting in and talking over me then accused me of yelling when I did the same back to try and be heard. Stuck his ID badge in my face actually touching my face with it when I wanted his name. Had to leave without what I came for and see someone else instead.
