While I believe Dr. Rawlings is highly competent in his craft, his clinic is only as strong as his weakest link. On my last visit 8/12/19 I was put in an adjustment room and left. 30 minutes later I walked out. I was the only patient in the clinic. Now I see I am being charged for an adjustment and physical therapy that not provided. Dr. Rawlings was in his office at his desk typing on his computer. 2 women were standing at the receptionist counter. They have my phone number and yet not one person has reached out to me to ask me why I left. Poor customer service!!!
