Condescending, rude, repetitive
Telehealth
Not only am I extremely disappointed I. Kaiser Mental Health as a whole, but my experience with Lanore was triggering and very disruptive to my mental health. I was told that the initial questioning was standard and necessary, but she kept asking the same questions in different way and had very condescending responses as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Kaiser has been extremely dismissive of my mental health concerns and has gone through the motions of “helping,” by suggesting things that I know do not help. After asking for a new provider, I was harassed by Lanore who would message me and call me unexpectedly. I was told by her and her MANAGER that this is required by Kaiser if you want a new provider. It’s not my job to tell you how to be a better therapist! Yet, Kaiser thinks it is. Thank goodness the manager gave me an outside referral for remote therapy sessions. It’s hard finding the best fit but I’ll keep trying.
