A great LGBTQ-friendly therapist
Telehealth
I'm so glad I found Dr. South after several weeks of thorough searching. I was looking for an LGBTQ-positive and kink-positive therapist with whom I could be my full authentic self and thus discuss my concerns more productively. I was fortunate to find that in Dr. South.Dr. South uses combinations of therapies as appropriate - including CBT, psychodynamic, and more. It's too early to tell, but so far I think these treatments are working well. She also recommended a wonderful book called Polysecure to address my concerns regarding attachment styles, which I have found immensely helpful in conjunction with my regular therapy sessions.
