Something that has been weighing heavy on me the past several years is when I saw NP Lobato at Rutgers for what I thought was celiac disease. She brushed it off and told me I was too overweight to have it. I had to basically manipulate her to run the tests. Turns out I had Celiac disease and negligent, fat phobic people in the medical field like NP Lobato are the reason why it took me 15 years to get a diagnosis. I'm so glad I stood up for myself and demanded the test. Do better.

Doesn’t know what she’s doing at all when it comes to treating acne. She prescribed a cream that actually made it worse and spread, then an antibiotic that didn’t clear anything up at all, even after multiple months. Usually, acne gets worse before it gets better with medication, but that was not the case, it just simply never got better. Never had this issue with any other dermatologist.

My first time here I was terrified and having an anxiety attack when I was told I needed a skin biopsy. Larissa and her team made me feel comfortable & gave me as much time as I needed to calm down. This included her explaining the procedure to me over and over until I was comfortable. She spent a lot of time just talking to me before the procedure, and earned my trust completely. I had the (totally painless) biopsy and left the office feeling confident that I had found a great provider.

Had to see Larissa before being scheduled with the Mohs surgeon. She was short, curt, and unprofessional for no apparent reason. Bad day?? Take off. It wasn't even busy in the office. Staff apologized for her behavior. Would never go to her again. had to in this case you have to see her before seeing the surgeon. Needs a Class in etiquette.

KINDNESS, and Great Knowledge. Very polite and treated my Mom with great concern. She was able to diagnose my Mom's skin condition, when other doctors did not, A 5 stars!!!
