Laura is easy to talk to. She has the ability to make you feel safe to trust and confide in her. She understands and makes you feel valued and heard. She is warm and genuine in every session. I began my journey with her a very broken and lost person, but with her guidance and expertise, I was able to cultivate the skills I needed to cope with my issues and lead a healthy and fulfilling life. Laura has supported me and been my champion through the most difficult times of my life. She is kind, and brilliant, and has made all the difference! I've learned so much from her, and it is because of her I now have an inner peace I never dreamed was possible for me. I had a wonderful wonderful experience with her, and I know many others share that sentiment with me! Seeking treatment with her was the best decision I ever made. I feel incredibly lucky to have called her my therapist. Thank you Laura Allen!!
