Was a patient with another provider when they left I was to follow up with her. I saw her 3 times. I went to the office that I was with for 23 years for a follow up. When telling the medical assistant I was there for a follow up and a medical exemption Laura Buck refused to see me and I was dropped from the practice. THAT IS CALLED PATIENT ABANDONMENT.
