Lauren Calderon was my case manager at Hyde Street Community Services and told me there was no waiting list to be seen by a psychiatric provide. After she go me in star charging Med - Cal for intake and assessments. I would find out that there was indeed a 'waiting list' and I would not be seen for another four months. Said 'we don't turn anyone down. Somehow She used this deception to justify her lie. The director Dr. Joanne Azuley confided in me that she did indeed lie to me in order to make money from an unsuspecting mentally ill person in need. Dr. Azulay also confided in me that 'she is no longer employed by us.' Fired for taking advantage of people in need. Lauren Calderon ruined my life. DO NOT TRUST HER!
