Telehealth
Too conservative in her ways. Doesn't consider the patient overall. Doesn't follow science based evidence studies, and follows her opinions instead. Tries to cancel appointments and ask if I really need an appointment with her. Even thou I waited months to get one with her. There are better NPs out there.

Laura is always very kind and patient and listens to all my concerns. She always bounces ideas back and forth and recommends a few options and asks how I feel about it instead of just saying you will do this.
