On December 10th 2019 I was sick and went to Health First Medical Group. I ask the receptionist what my out of pocket cost would be and gave her my insurance information. I wrote on the form and told the receptionist I wanted to be told in advance of any out of pocket charges. I was told by the receptionist there would be no charge Insurance covered it. Then almost two months later I get a bill from Laura Francois APRN for $142.71 Sick or not avoid this place.
