I had a poor experience with Dr. Gregory. As a new patient, it was a very unwelcoming experience. I felt that Dr. Gregory did not show compassion to truly understand my situation and symptoms from the moment we met to the moment I left. There was a lack of explanation regarding my diagnosis and the physiology behind my hearing impairment. I do not ever recommend a doctor who lacks a warm, empathetic nature and poor care.
