Not professional. I waited over 3hours and she wouldn't even come into room to tell me she couldn't help me. Never in my life have I ever been so disrespected. I have been a patient for over 3 years and never had a problem until today. That's just terrible and very unprofessional. I just think that's pretty bad of her not to even tell me to my face that she could help me. Is that not what she does for a living is to help people? How rude of her to not show her face but hide behind a door.
