The doctor provided no solutions or treatment for my son after testing him for the same tests done previously by another doctor and charging 2500.00 for the tests

This entire place seems poorly organized. Dr. Jansons is always very hurried, does not make eye contact, does not listen well, and was reluctant to change the training protocol when I reported it was making me feel worse. After my most recent telehealth session with her, she added a "To whom it may concern" letter to my patient portal which essentially blamed me for the treatment's lack of success.

Very disappointed with the outcome of Neuropsych testing that was performed on my daughter. We now have to retest her. She costs 2500 dollars and even wanted more. The office staff is hard to reach. She is not very accommodating and any fee negotiation if she is out of Network is obsolete. She even had wrong information regarding the history of my child in the final report. I am VERY, VERY UNHAPPY!! It seemed the collection of money was more important than the testing results and coming up with a correct and well executed test. Data was missing from the test.
