Absolutely horrible
Run! Laura is the most incompetent “nurse” I have ever met. She is rude and looks down at her patients, lacks empathy and reasoning. Told me I was making up my symptoms. I had a follow up with another doctor, who took the time to listen, and gave me a diagnosis.
