Terrible interactions. Assumes you are a liar first. Will not listen, and is unreasonable. Makes patients jump through hoops to prove already proven ailments. I highly suggest seeing anyone else. This is time and time again, and is the same story from all people I know that are forced to interact. Sad really.

Laura is very professional , I had a male doctor before switching to Baystate family practice. I had a lot of pain in my groin area. And Laura took the time to listen to me. She had X-rays taken and is now referring me to orthopedic doctor. I wll keep her as my medical provider. I feel I can talk to her about anything,and trust her with my health.
