This was my 2nd appointment with Laura and both went very well. I ask a lot of hard questions and she answers with compassion seems to have a great knowledge base. I did not want to use a CPAP machine but given Laura's explanations etc I now know that I must go ahead with this strategy. Thank you, Laura!.

Had what I perceived as a serious heart spell following appointment of which NP said to email results from a heart device she recommended. No follow-up from NP was received. Not even a, "I got your email".

I had an earlier visit with the doctor. He was all about invasive treatments and not really listening to what I was telling him. Afterwards it was just stop taking a medication. I will not see him again. The PA was very considerate and listened to my concerns. She looked at previous labs and decided there might be another reason for my symptoms
