A Real Person not just a Doctor..
Dr. Martin has been my primary Doctor for 7 years maybe more.. I have had a fare share of cancer Dr.'s and their text book diagnosis and treatment plans! Dr. Martin is willing to hear your opinion and wishes and together works out an individual plan that both patient and Doctor feels it to be the best plan of action, not just my way or the hwy way plan.. I dont need a weigh in, a temperature check, or height as a routine Dr. visit else where thinks is a vital plan! lets just get to a sit down conversation and set in motion a plan.. If it is a Rx I don't like it is not pushed down my throat.. I get to choose, if it is a preferred brand of Rx's I agree with then I am allowed to voice my concern or acceptance and I am always heard.. That is what a true Doctor is!!! So don't expect all the bells and whistles, yet you can and will get the medical treatment you and Dr. Martin come up with as a joint plan...

In this office there are miscommunications at all levels: between the front desk and Dr Martin, between them and other offices (lab,etc.), between them and patients. The front desk called me before receiving my test results. Dr. Martin couldn’t addressed my issues but charged me for the visit. After questioning it, the front desk said: “Honey, you see Dr. Martin, you pay”. For 1.5 months I had 2 visits, no resolution to my issue, spent hundreds of dollars and lost work hours.

I went to Dr. Martin decades ago, and now I've discovered she's covered by Group Health, so I am happy I get to start going to her again. She's very pleasant and explains things well.
