Doesn't return calls
This practice is AWFUL. They don't return phone calls. I've been trying for a week to get a prescription refill for a medication that I should not quit taking cold turkey, but they won't return my calls or calls from my pharmacy. I would steer clear of this practice and everyone associated with it.
