What an incredible experience we had today at the ED with my father who has been experiencing a mental health crisis. Laura was thorough, warm and comforting, explained everything in detail, listened to my concerns, and ran appropriate tests needed to ensure his safety and well-being. As a healthcare provider, myself, it is rare that I am blown away by exceptional care, and I can honestly say that Laura made a difference in the way my dad views his health. For an emergency dept provider to be as kind and thorough as she, I can say that we need more providers like her. You’ll be lucky if you get care from this one!
