Poor communication
Horrible. She didn’t talk to me about induction ( why I need it or what the pros and cons are) or anything in regards to that but hours later I get a call from the front desk that she already put an order for me to schedule an induction. She also had a student with her and said the student will only do the interview and she will check my cervix but when the moment came she didn’t even ask me if her student can do it and her student just did it. I myself had students in the past so I just let that part go…but I was so angry when I received the call from the front desk to schedule for an induction when she didn’t even mention it

I saw Laura Shernit when my usual provider wasn't available and I'm so glad I did. She has such a kind demeanor, she made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and I even went back to her for my IUD insertion. Will definitely continue to see her moving forward!
