Everything went well with yesterday's appointment (as usual), despite a problem with getting some lab results from an outside provider (not their fault). Staff is very congenial and competent, communicating effectively.

Laura explain blood test,,,and other related things, I’m glad i switched from Prohealth to Hartford healthcare. At least i can get through to people on the phone. Laura was very helpful in getting all my information.

Rude, uncaring, and admonished me for being in an accident & using the pain medication prescribed to me by the emergency room. Took a week to call with X-ray results.

I went to Laura Seivering after changing from my prior doctor who I felt didn't listen to me. What a different experience I had with Laura - she not only listened, I felt very comfortable telling her anything. No pills were encouraged, in fact one prescription that I had been taking for about 5 years (and questioned the reason) was taken off my medication list (okay, I only take one other). I am glad I made the switch to this practice.

I haven't seen a Dr in 19 years so you can imagine how scared I was! I was pleasantly surprised by how kind, gentle and non-judgmental Laura was. She made something terrifying, something I could handle. I would strongly recommend Laura.
