Dr. Wilhelm is very professional and knowledgeable. She is personable and cares. Always timely and organized with visits and call backs. Highly recommend! I can’t say enough good things about her.

I saw her last back in 2012. Saw her for maybe a few years. I still have severe PTSD from her "therapy". I now know I am Autistic/ADHD and LGBTQIA. Dr Wilhelm shamed every Autistic/ADHD trait I showed her in therapy, I realize now since my diagnosis in 2019. She victim blamed me when I tried to speak up about my sister and family abusing me. Put all the blame on me. I feel she's very toxically positive, which is dangerous. She also guilted me to keep doing online dating when I kept telling her I wanted to quit. She wouldn't really let me discuss why and guilted me to stick with it. I now realize my issues were I'm non binary/pansexual and was trying to be cishet. How she reacted I didn't feel safe to allow myself to come out even to myself. I ended up in a horribly abusive romance because of this. It has taken me years to even begin trying to recover from the damage I feel she did. Wilhelm isn't a mental health provider I'd ever recommend to anyone that has any trauma, LGBTQIA, or ND.
