I had the privilege of working with her to learn how to handle my anxiety. It has been three years since I have seen her and I continue to use the cognitive techniques she taught me because they really worked for me. She is awesome and really understood me more than I understood myself. I would recommend her to everyone who is dealing with something difficult. She is amazing and very perceptive.
