Very unprofessional
I had an adhd appointment with dr smith and said the results would be sent over in 6 weeks. It’s been three months. They don’t answer the phone and have left multiple voicemails. Still won’t get back to me. Then when I did get a hold of them they said they can’t find my chart. Smh waste of time. Even my primary care provider has tried to get a hold of them.
