I could tell immediately that she lacked empathy for my 20 yr old daughter whose lab results indicated that she was ill. When I told her that I knew that she had worked with Dr. Furr she seemed bothered by that and wanted to know how I knew that. My daughter starting crying and not once did she say anything to comfort her. I had to take my daughter to the ER a few days later because she was in kidney failure. Lauren diagnosed her with PCOS. I would love to speak with her about that visit and educate her on how she dropped the ball and prescribed her a medicine that would have made her worse. Everytime I see her picture I have PTSD from thinking about how uncaring and unprofessional she was. I think it is a red flag when a practitioner goes from one practice to another. That is probably why she seemed bothered by me mentioning her former employer. Hopefully she has gained more empathy for her patients but I in good faith would never recommend her.

Lauren and her staff spent nearly an hour and half with me today. Sometimes going over a long medical history can be overwhelming but she was very thorough and empathetic. I felt seen and heard and left feeling helped, and no longer hopeless. She truly seems to care about her patient’s quality of life, and provides tailored solutions, not just scripted diagnoses. I am thankful she is in network for my insurance but even if she wasn’t there are options to help afford her specialized care. Her staff was so friendly and compassionate as well and that meant alot. I highly recommend Lauren and Lotus for women’s health and wellness.

Lauren is amazing! I never feel as if she is rushing me. She listens! She is genuinely concerned and eager to find a solution to any issue I have had. I feel comfortable with her.

She supposedly specializes in hormone issues. Which is why I booked an appointment. However, she barely appeared to be listening to my concerns and seemed in a hurry to get me out of there. Left with zero answers other than an offer for birth control. Very disappointed.

If you dont have insurance or money she tells you...well theres nothing we can do about that..you have no insurance. So my mouth cancer grew into stage 2 because she would not help me even tho i paid 79. Dollars cash each visit. Not much of a humanitarian. Just cares about the almighty dollar.

She treated me like I was wasting her time. Rushed me through and seemed to have no care for my concerns. I wasn't allowed to be involved in my own healthcare because she seems to think patients should be seen and not heard. Also she was very condescending and rude to me.
