I would highly recommend Lauren Bell. U was quite nervous and she immediately put me at ease. She answered all my questions. She was very thorough when video filming my vocal cords. She was careful when inserting the tube to alleviate as much discomfort as possible. She explained my problems clearly and I left satisfied. Lauren is the best.
