Lauren Breshears, NP

I searched for years to find a provider that would listen to me as I explained yet again what I was dealing with. Lauren was the only one who took the time to listen to me and sent a referral. Since having her as my main healthcare provider, I’ve received significantly better healthcare than anyone else I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend her!

Have always had a positive experience with Lauren. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I always have good luck getting an appointment quickly when needed. Would definitely recommend.

Lauren worked for my Dr. Doctor Brocksmith. He was my doctor for 30 years. He prescribed an antidepressant that I have been taking for 20 years. He retired in January almost 10 months ago. Lauren took over his office as the NP. I just today finally got my prescription filled today. In January my insurance co wrote a letter saying they didn't want to pay for 3 pills a day (which is what I have been taking for 20 years). This would happen almost ever year and Dr Brocksmith always took care of it ... no problem. It has taken this long for Lauren to finally let insurance know this is the dosage I needed. Since I am on social security I could not afford to pay the extra money it would cost for 3 pills a day versus 2. I have made so many calls to Lauren and to my pharmacy to get this resolved that it is ridiculous....not to mention the time I have been without my medicine. I dread having to call in to renew any of my prescriptions.

My reg NP would be out of the office for an extended amount of time due to an accident/injury. So, I settled for scheduling an appointment w/Lauren....and boy did I settle! I met with Lauren to discuss my concerns and she suggested a couple of different options available to try. I paid my copay, she billed my insurance but FAILED to follow through with calling anything in at all....that was discussed. When I called back to ??, I was told that I'd have to wait for my NP or schedule elsewhere.
