This lady made my exam and ultimately my purchase a joy to experience. She explains everything you will be going through, listens to you to completely understand what to be looking for and in-turn provides an outcome that is right-on. I HEAR you loud and clear. Lauren is always friendly and respectful. She helped me through deciding which hearing aids were best for me, and followed up with checkups to make sure they were adjusted and functioning correctly. I highly recommend her.
