Unprofessional

I had a televisit with her waiting in the queue for over 1 hr they check me in then it says no one else ahead of me I am next so when time to see doctor 20 more mins of wait she transfer me to another provider who did the samething. Very very very very very unprofessional. There is no excuse I was checked in you complete your patients before you close off or don’t accept anyone else
