Lauren Fahey, Carmel IN is very unprofessional. I receive a referral from a Dermatology Group Doctor to see her. After leaving several messages - after having to listen to her long voicemail with very specific instructions; she has never returned my call to book a visit. I will reach out again to the Dermatology Group Inc. and to my doctor to advise them to not send the patient/referral to Lauren Fahey. She is unprofessional and clearly, she does not care.

Lauren Fahey is a highly professional PA and very knowledgeable about her field of study (dermatology). She has been my PA for over 4 years and has helped provide multiple options for my specific skin concerns. She is genuine in her care and listens to her patients.

I’ve seen her three times for rosacea related treatment, and I can’t say enough about how happy I am with her listening skills and the treatments. She’s sharp and so is Robert Huff. I’d put them against anybody in the dermatology field for knowledge and bedside manner. Can’t say enough about how impressed I am.

I went to Lauren for treatment of my rosacea. Her diagnosis and treatment were spot on!! My face cleared up in just a few days. Lauren really cares about her patients. She's a great listener and is extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to friends!

Lauren is fantastic! So friendly and SO knowledgeable!!! She really knows her stuff! She took great care of me and took time to answer all of my questions. Her staff is friendly and helpful, and always have smiles on their faces.

In addition to misdiagnosing a skin condition (the doctor finally diagnosed me correctly) and fixing one problem on my skin but creating another, she was over 45 minutes late with my appointment, and still had two other patients in front of me. I finally had to leave the office as I had somewhere else to be. I'm very disappointed with the respect she has for patient's time, and am skeptical about her level of knowledge.
