Lauren helped me finally come to grips that I couldn't deal with anxiety and stress all by myself like I had been trying to control for the past 30 years. She has significantly helped me deal with my stress and anxiety. Lauren is easy to talk to. I would absolutely recommend her as a therapist.

Lauren has been a vital resource for me in my life. She has helped me through marital issues as well as personal matters and could not be more supportive! I feel safe and comfortable sharing with her and have never doubted that she has my best interests at heart and will be there to counsel me through anything that might arise. I highly recommend her if you are in need of a therapist, she will also assist you in finding any other professionals that might be of help to you as well.

Lauren is a great therapist and counsellor. I came to her at a time of high stress and anxiety in my life about 4 months ago after dealing with anxiety my whole life and have been meeting with her weekly since. It has honestly changed my life in more ways than even I probably know. She's trustworthy, objective, and kind. She is also not afraid to question and push you either, which has been much needed for me. I definitely recommend her and this practice!!

Lauren is a great person to talk to if seeking counseling. She listens and cares about you as a person. She develops a specialized pIan of care to benefit your personal needs. I have been working with her weekly going on six months and she has given me tons of insight, helpful tools and useful techniques. I highly recommend her expertise for anyone struggling or unsure of counseling. She has helped me tremendously!

I can’t sufficiently express how much Lauren’s expert compassionate care and guidance has helped me. When I first spoke with Lauren regarding issues I had dealing with anxiety, I was a wreck. But it wasn’t long before therapy sessions addressing issues I previously had no clue were significant were tackled head-on. I highly suggest that anyone seeking to increase their well-being by obtaining the tools necessary to thrive in an often stressful and chaotic world do contact Lauren.

If you are looking for a therapist that’s excellent with listening, genuinely cares about their patients, and is driven to truly help you, please look no further. I have been seeing Lauren for roughly 6 months. When I first met her, I was a wreck. I have been dealing with Anxiety and Panic Attacks off and on since I was a child. The amount of progress I have made with Lauren in such a short time has, even me, amazed. She is truly a fantastic therapist and person and I highly recommend her!

Extremely easy to talk continues to help my addictions and day to day to problems. Not like most therapist helps outside of the therapy session. During rehab continued to see how I was doing and she actually cares and has a great heart. I feel like I can be totally honest with her and trust every recommendation she offers. Without her id still be in active addiction and can't thank her enough to have my life back.

I reviewed many therapists, called 5, met with 3 and choose Lauren. This is not my first therapist, and yet we are touching in issues and questions I never scratched previously. She doesn't just let me take the lead and use her as a venting board. She asks the hard questions and encouraged me to dig deep for the answers. The things we discuss still ruminate inside my mind long after our session of end. I find myself understanding my thoughts, feelings and actions more clearly.
