Not Professional
Lauren was a counselor for my stepson. We terminated his time with her, as she talked negatively about other providers in front of him. These other counselors and psychologists were super helpful and have 20 more years of experience than she does. Her negative comments hindered my stepson's progress. Lauren also didn't follow through on multiple things that she said she would do. She did have some good strategies to share, but we chose to find a therapist who is more professional, trustworthy, and who has more experience.
