Lauren Mayefsky

Dr. Yael Mayefsky is extremely helpful because she is conscientious, thoughtful and intuitive. She is skilled and experienced and uses her background to evaluate difficult and confusing issues in a manner which enlightens me and moves me forward in my quest for a more balanced and healthy emotional state. I am not an easy case but she has safely guided me with incredible competence and balance through very difficult and extremely unsettled turbulent years of virtually complete upheaval, and because of her thoughtful and competent guidance I've remained solidly grounded throughout difficulties which are beyond my control. I was extremely lucky to get a regular session scheduled with Yael each week and I am grateful to her for her extraordinary healing and centering guidance. She can and has successfully handled my truly difficult case with ease and competence, thereby leaving me in a much healthier state of mind.
