life threatening outcomes- dangerous provider, literally see anyone else

Does not relate well to patients. Vacillates between condescension and superiority in her approach. Lacks genuine warmth or compassion with her cold and aloof manner. I have seen a other PMHNP's who have treated me as a person, with warmth and compassion for my struggles. Lauren treated me as a diagnosis. It was a dehumanizing experience for me.

Has great difficulty establishing a therapeutic alliance due to counter transference issues. Seems judgmental and very inexperienced. Has not been trained sufficiently to make sound clinical assessments.

Totally condescending and lies to you with a straight face; perhaps the worst experience I have ever had with a psychiatric "professional." Also refers to herself as "Dr. Deisenroth," although it is my understanding that she is just a glorified nurse. Legacy really, really needs to get rid of her.

Had 2 visits with Deisenroth, this experience pertains to both visits. After the first visit I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Very dismissive, accusatory, and patronizing. Let's her personal beliefs and views get in the way of doing her job unbiasedly. How can you work at Legacy with holistic views? This needs to be explicitly stated to any patient who is wishing to see her so they don't waste their time and money. When a psychologist prescribes a medication for someone, and has them on a regiment that is working, it is detrimental to that person's health in many ways to change their medications based on your own personal beliefs. Completely unacceptable. Visits were awkward and not compassionate in any capacity. She presents herself well in her bio's that are available on the internet but they are nothing but a good sales pitch. Billed over $300 for a 5 minute visit, and asked me to come back in 2 weeks? No thank you, you are fired Absolute horrible experience.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a mental health provider and I’ve dealt with many. I was referred to her by my PCP who said she was “very compassionate” and a lot of people liked working with her. What a load of crap I did not experience any compassion from her whatsoever . She was not warm and friendly and I felt like I was explaining my mental health issues to my high school principal or something! I felt like I was being accused and she was very condescending!

Very accusatory. Does not listen. Makes me regret even asking for help with my mental health.
