Doesn't explain anything to you, makes judgements, think she is some type of God, definitely on a power trip, makes heck of a lot of referrals before helping makes sense of your symptoms, rude and some of the nurses she works with lack compassion as well. Untrustworthy. Seems rushed.

She is not shy in telling you things. If she doesn’t think it’s a good thing for me she’ll say so and why. She will listen to my concerns and is very concerned with my whole person. Very personable and lots of fun!

Lauren Panner was the best PCP I have had. I only switched doctors because I moved out of state. She solved my issues with asthma and actually got me on a helpful treatment plan after years of mis-diagnosis from other providers. Would 10/10 recommend.

Great experience. Explained decision making process for treatment plan. Stayed with me as I experienced heart rhythm issue. Very compassionate too. Highly recommend.

She's awful... She never helped me with my back pain issues. She was very insistent on NOT prescribing me my asthma rescue inhaler, which I've used my whole life as needed (sometimes weeks or months between uses) and instead was trying hard to put me on some daily pill. She eventually gave me my asthma prescription but warned that she wouldn't refill it if I used it up too soon... She's a bought pill pushing quack. I live in Warrenville and switched back to my doctor near WRIGLEY FIELD because this woman is ridiculous.

Long wait time. She is giving worst service for her clients. Always rushing up. She is not much knowledgeable.

I'm confident in Lauren's abilities. I had to find a new PCP after moving to the burbs from Chicago. She was transparent about next steps and recommended procedures as I age. I didn't feel rushed at all, and found her very receptive and thoughtful in her responses.

Lauren is a wonderful primary care provider. She is knowledgeable and caring. I’ve never felt rushed as she listens to me with the time I need. I totally trust her with my care.
